Cordoba, Spain - Going to Cordoba by Train

Cordoba is a major rail junction in Spain's Andalusian region. This makes Cordoba very accessible by rail from many cities in southern Spain including Granada, Malaga, Seville and Almeria. Besides the cheaper ordinary trains, there are the high-speed trains linking Cordoba with Barcelona (5 hrs), Madrid (1 hr 45 min), Malaga (50 min) and Seville (45 min). Cordoba Central Train Station is located at the northern edge of the city, and from here there are taxis and buses to the city centre and the Old City.
