Ibiza, Spain - Going to Ibiza by Ferry

There are ferry services between ports on the Spanish mainland (Barcelona, Valencia and Denia) and the island of Ibiza (Sant Antoni and Ibiza Town). Major ferry operators serving the route include Balearia Ferries, Trasmediterranea and Iscomar. The journey times depend on the type of vessel e.g. it takes 8 hours from Barcelona to Ibiza on a slow moving ferry but less than 4 hours on a catamaran. There are also ferry services between Ibiza and Palma (on the island of Mallorca) as well as the neighbouring island of Formentera.
