Faro, Portugal - Climate in Faro

Faro has a subtropical-Mediterranean climate featuring hot dry hot summers and mild wet winters. The hottest months of the year are July and August with midday temperatures reaching around 29°C (84°F), but can go beyond and hit 40°C (103°F). Expect cooler temperatures from December to February with daily high temperatures around 17°C (63°F), but nights can be chilly and drop to 7-10°C (45-50°F). December to February are also the wettest period with 11-13 rainy days per month.
