Bicycling in Malaga is becoming a popular activity and also an enjoyable way to get around some parts of the city. Even locals are beginning to use bicycles as a mode of transport to get to work. Malaga's historical Old Town is closed to vehicles and therefore a great place to explore by bicycle. There are also several lanes for bicycles including the harbour area and beach promenade. You can find a number companies offering guided bike tours as well as bike rentals - around €5 for half a day and €10 for the day.
