Valencia, Spain - Getting Around Valencia Using the Metrovalencia

The Metrovalencia is a transportation network that combines a metro, light railway and tram operation into a single system. This unique transport system comprises of five lines totalling 175 km (108 miles) of track and 169 stations. The network covers the city of Valencia and the suburbs including two lines linking Valencia Airport. About 25 km (16 miles) of the track is underground and the remainder above ground covered by trams and light railway. The network comprises of four zones and the one-way fare in one zone is €1.40.
