Granada, Spain - Walking Around in Granada

Walking is probably the best way to explore many areas of Granada. There are several attractions in Central Granada that are within walking distance including Plaza Isabel la Catolica, 16th century Cathedral of Granada, 14th century Madraza Palace, courtyard building of Corral del Carbon and the winding alleys of Alcaiceria.  Another destination to explore on foot is the Albayzin District, an old hilly neighborhood designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring whitewashed buildings and narrow winding streets.
