Granada is well-connected by intercity buses with cities in the Andalusian region as well as Madrid and Barcelona. If arriving at Malaga Airport, there are buses departing from here to Granada Bus Station - the distance is about 125 km (78 miles). There are also frequent services from the bus station in Malaga. Granada Bus Station is located outside the city centre in the northern part of the city. From here, you can take a taxi or local bus (no. 3 and 33) to the city centre - the trip takes 10-15 minutes.
