Renting a car offers the freedom and comfort to drive around and explore Tenerife. The island has an excellent network of roads including a highway that runs around Tenerife. There are plenty of car rental companies including those located at the island's two airports (Tenerife South and Tenerife North) and near the two ferry terminals (Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Port of Los Cristianos).
